Bhutan visa application
A visa application is required to travel to Bhutan.
The required passport validity period when applying for a visa is at least 6 months when leaving Bhutan. Bhutan tourist visas can only be applied for by the Bhutanese Ministry of Home Affairs in the capital Thimphu. Therefore, you will apply through a local travel agency. After application, a clearance letter (entry permit) will be issued. Please present it when you enter Bhutan. A visa will be issued locally.
