BHUTAN

Thunder dragon country, mysterious country, Bhutan kingdom.

Bhutan, a small country that is about the size of Switzerland, is quietly located in the eastern part of the Himalayas, and is loved by the public as “Druk Yul”.

As the lowland subtropical jungle turns into a fertile temperate zone, the dense primeval forests change dramatically. The northern part is a glacier area where snow falls all the time. This unspoilt natural environment is a rare wildlife home. Endangered species such as bluefins, blue sheeps, golden langurs and royal bengal tigers also have Bhutan as their last retreat. Despite being strongly influenced by modernization, Bhutan still retains old customs and traditions as part of people's lives.

It is not surprising that the first purpose of life for the Bhutanese is happiness. The modern slogan of Bhutan is “GNH” (Gross National Happiness). In other words, many human beings have the goal of economic development, but for the Bhutanese it is just a way to be happy.

Today's Bhutan kingdom may be the last place where untouched nature remains.

That's what the Bhutanese left behind.

Therefore, this is the tourism policy that the Bhutanese government has carefully managed.

"Only take photos, leave only footprints"
